Our rates are super reasonable and we're interested in helping businesses grow and thrive. We’re looking for:
— A vendor to open a coffee bar. We have a space already with hookups ready to go, plus an amazing local vendor providing baked goodies.
— Have a food truck?! We have space for one more. But maybe we could fit two? Let’s talk.
— Long-term vendors. Vendors looking for 3+ month commitments and main floor space. We currently have Vanessa’s Sourdough and Brandywine Fisheries and open to foods and crafts vendors.
— Pop-up vendors. Have a cart or business you want to promote, even simply try out? Talk to us about day-long pop-up options.
— Classes & Gatherings: Do you teach? Or want to host a class? Art? Gardening? Weaving? Writing? We’re open.
Need event space?
— Our Conference Room is great for meetings, tutoring, interviews, and small workshops, $15–$20/hr (sliding scale) with discounts for longer bookings and recurring users.
—We have community space (indoor) for larger groups, workshops, or community meetings (pricing case-by-case).
— And we have outdoor space perfect for birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and reunions (pricing case-by-case).
